It happens through having industry experience recruitment staff and a close network across Australia’s and global meat industry and the ability to identify the most suitable skilled candidates for our client. OUR APPROACH

Australia uses social media, networking (over 50 years industry connections), talent databases, headhunting, candidates/employees’ referrals and online job boards to tap into as many people possible in order to find the right applicant. In the meat and fish industry advertising solely online and newspaper will not reach all the talent possible.

Who do we help

As a result of our niche focus of the meat and fish industry, we have an excellent network that covers these two industries. What this means is that we have access to candidates that are not on social media, are not actively looking and have been referred to us that will suit requirement and add value straight away! Dk Recruitment Agency Pty Ltd based in Brisbane, Queensland. We are a 100% Australian owned recruitment agency who specialize in sourcing skilled labour from Meat and Seafood Processing Plants in Vietnam for our client in Australia, we specialised in three main skilled worker, Slaughterman, Boner & Slicer and Seafood Processor. With over 3 generation of in the meat and fish industry in Vietnam. Our highly qualified team comes with a combined 20 years of experience in this industry. We’ve successfully recruited numerous skilled workers and their family from Vietnam to work and built long term career and future with companies Australia-wide.

Who We Are

We deliver skilled workers who are carefully screened and job ready with all the paperwork taken care of. We’ll manage also everything from reference checks to preliminary skill and language assess ensure that are ready for you in interviews and submission to your migration team. We will have a carefully selected list of candidates that meet your company’s requirement for your company to consider and select.

What We Do

With overseas skilled worker we recruit them to Australia via 482 visas. As it addresses homesick and provided long term motivation for these workers. It will be we a direct hire and placement fees.
With the population of Vietnam being 100 million there will be ample ongoing skilled meat labour, so continue supplies of skilled labour should not be an issue should you engage with us. So far, we have reached all our client Industries Labour Agreement quota need/request.
